Welcome to the Women’s Metabolism – MetaboliControl course. These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the international online educational course Women’s Metabolism – MetaboliControl (the “Course” or the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Course. By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not access or use the Course.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Course. By using the Course, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2. ACCESS TO THE COURSE
2.1 Payment: You agree to pay the full price. All payments are final and non-refundable.
2.2 Access rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal and non-commercial use.
2.3 Intellectual property: All content (text, graphics, videos, materials) belongs to Dnatural srl or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
2.4 Use of content: You may access and use the content for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only. Reproduction or public display requires express written permission from Dnatural srl.
3. ABOUT THE COURSE
3.1 Nature: The Course is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness, including overweight or obesity. The buyer is referred to as “the Client”.
3.2 Purpose: The Course aims solely to inform and educate the Client about science-based lifestyle strategies that may support the body’s natural ability to self-regulate and restore balance (non-clinically relevant imbalances). Any health condition must be addressed by a qualified medical professional.
3.3 Educational approach: This is a wellness education course. The name “metabolism” does not refer to any metabolic disorder but to the body’s natural ability to maintain homeostasis. No medical pathologies are addressed. References to organs or body parts are based on the theory of Living Systems Energetics and are for informational and educational purposes only. No diagnosis, therapy, or prognosis is provided.
3.4 Informational nature: Nothing in the Course or website constitutes personalized advice or prescription. It is purely informative and must never contradict or replace medical treatment. It may only complement it if approved by your doctor.
4. COURSE CONTENT
4.1 Nutrition: The Client is NEVER given or prescribed a diet. The Course presents scientific theories and includes 7 e-book meal plans as interpretive examples, plus optional recipes. Supplement information is educational and commercial in nature—not medical. Consult your doctor before making dietary changes.
4.2 Physical exercise: The Course includes video tutorials categorized by level. The Client must be medically cleared before starting any exercise. If not, they assume full responsibility.
4.3 Relaxation and meditation: The Course includes meditation videos with relaxing music. These are relaxation techniques, not treatments for psychological issues. Medical approval is required. The Client is fully responsible if they choose otherwise.
5. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 Client declaration: The Client confirms they are in good physical health and will consult a doctor before changing lifestyle or diet.
5.2 Disclaimer: The Client releases Dnatural srl and its collaborators from any responsibility for false declarations or misuse of the Course or its materials.
5.3 General rule: According to scientific consensus, any lifestyle or dietary changes should be supervised by a medical professional, regardless of health status. Otherwise, the Client accepts all responsibility.
5.4 Results: No specific results are guaranteed.
5.5 Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Dnatural srl and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, data, use, reputation, or other intangible losses resulting from access to or use of the Course.
5.6 No medical qualification: The Course is an educational program only. It does not replace a university degree in medicine or nutrition and does not authorize you to practice healthcare or receive patients or clients. It is strictly educational.
6. SALES AND TRANSACTIONS
6.1 Prices and payment: Prices are listed on the website and may change without notice. Payments are made securely. No payment data is stored on our servers.
6.2 Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products (like this Course), no refunds are offered once access is granted.
7. COURSE DURATION AND ACCESS
7.1 Duration: Access is granted for 6 months from the payment date.
7.2 Suspension or interruption: Dnatural srl may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice or refund.
7.3 Permanent termination: The Course may be permanently discontinued at any time.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
8.1 General prohibitions: It is forbidden to share credentials, perform reverse engineering, use bots or scripts, or bypass security measures.
8.2 Violations: Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
9. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS
9.1 Data processing: Your data is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
9.2 Promotional communications: By registering, you consent to receive communications about the Course. You can unsubscribe at any time.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Friendly settlement: Parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through written communication.
10.2 Mediation: If unsuccessful, the parties may resort to mediation through a recognized mediator.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
Dnatural srl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Course constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1 Severability: If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
12.2 Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Court of Turin – Italy.
